Personally, no. But this is based on your initial descriptions:

Someone who hasn't cut their hair in years - to me, this sounds like he doesn't take much care in his appearance, which seems like a sign of low self-esteem. On the flip side, he isn't vain, but still...

Has no money - again, initially this makes me think that he doesn't have a lot of self-worth, or motivation to do anything to be successful. Money isn't everything, but someone who doesn't have any and stays in bands that aren't going anywhere indicates that he's the kind who'll just settle for anything, and not strive for much higher.

Is still in pajamas after 3 p.m. - I'm a night person, so I tend to peak later in the day, but again, this is a red flag for me because the guy doesn't have any motivation to get out of bed or do anything productive.

Judo, ballet, soccer... those are all fine things, but women of a certain age and maturity level want more out of a relationship than a guy with hobbies. Sweetness goes only so far, a lot of us believe actions are far more powerful than words, and if the guy doesn't really do a whole lot, that says volumes.
