It just seems like the music today has nothing on that of the early to mid-90's. Grunge rescused us from hair metal and then, for some reason, bands like Nickelback replaced it. Bull ****.
Would You Like to See Grunge Rock Return To The Mainstream?
For me, bands like Nirvana (above all), Soundgarden and Alice In Chains had far more musical and lyrical intelligence than anything out there now, so yes, I definitely would.
Not to mention integrity.
