Am trying to find out who sang a song called either" a rainy day" or "Spread your win

I think its an '80's Hair band, its not Queen's "Spread your wings", already checked that, checked on lyric sites, but can't find it. Does anyone have any ideas? Its on a german friends page on MySpace, but he doesn't know what it is either, he wants to know as well..The song starts with the sound of rain falling %26amp; a woman knocking on a door....
