hair is just hair. i bet you don't have to ask someone for permission just to have a certain hairstyle and neither does anyone ask you. but then again the hair is all part of the celebrity's style and if someone else took that look they might be a bit turned off

unless it is copy righted as that persons signature hair cut and they have papers to say it is such then yah they can copy that hair style its just not suggested
