Another question about 70's or 80's rock bands (for Squirrel Cage)?

The singer has a male voice. Kind of mysterious, but he can reach some high notes. It's rock music. Not dance or pop of that time. I can just imagine the singer dressed in all leather.... Tight black leather, and a head full of stringy long hair. The song sounds more 70's, but I'm not ruling out the possibility of the 80's cause I've been wrong before.

I think that one of the lyrics in the song says something like "She's dressed in black..." And in the chorus, I think he says something along the lines of "But in the night... We (something something something)". I know, vague, but that is pretty much all I have to go off of.
