MTV has been promoting this band with a girl with bright blonde hair, and the rest of the band is all guys. They are going to be at the VMAs apparently. I am dying to know their name.

That is the band Paramore. yes the singer used to have red hair then orange and now is rockin the sort of blonde look .
They have already had songs out in the air waves including" Pressure" , and " emergency" . the song they just had come out is " Misery Business"
