they have to have size 12 or 14 in kids, not ugly and expencive like not more than $30.... they have to be either navy or kaki....and they can be capri's or shorts or pants. Also accesories like hair bands or clips or something.

JCPenneys has an excellent source of Uniforms for kids. They carry Izod uniforms which include navy/khaki skirts, pants, and shorts. They also have collared shirts in navy or white. Plus everything is really affordable!!

target!!! it isnt ugly, it is actually very cute! and cheap, probably around 10 to 20 dollars. target also has hair accessories
