I'm looking for something, but I don't know what it's called. Could someone help me?

I'm gonna grow out my hair and I need something to hold it backward cause when it grows it starts to bother me. What I need is a big rubber band( circular thin band that holds my hair). imagine a hair bow but without the bow and thin. I don't know if I'm making any sense. Anyways if you guys know what I'm referring to then please let me the know the name of that thing.

Wal-Mart, Target and most drugstores have these thin headbands that look almost unnoticeable and I've seen guys wear them. I use them when I play tennis. Also, they have hair ties that are clear rubber bands only they don't stick to your hair. Those are just some ideas.
